In brief
This website itself sets no cookies, shows no advertising and asks for no information to be browsed. The only data we receive is the data you choose to send us, for example by writing to book a demo.

What we receive, and why
- Your messages (demo request, question sent from the website’s console): your name, your email address, your company and whatever you choose to write. They are used only to answer you and prepare the demo. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- Booking a demo: the calendar is provided by Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., United States) and only loads if you open the booking window. If you book, Cal.com processes your name, your email address and your answers to organise the meeting and send you the invitation, under its own privacy policy. Transfer outside the European Union: [APPLICABLE SAFEGUARDS TO BE CONFIRMED, e.g. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses]. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- The audit questionnaire (link sent on invitation): the name and contact details of your company and its representative, and your answers about your needs, tools and project. They are used only to prepare our proposal. Your answers are saved as you go (in your browser and on our server) so that you can resume later; an abandoned questionnaire is deleted after 30 days. Your IP address is never stored as such: only a fingerprint (hash) of it is kept, to limit abuse. The questionnaire never asks for personal data about third parties, nor for health or banking data. Legal basis: your consent, given at the end of the questionnaire.
- The consultants area (partner consultants): identity, contact details, LinkedIn profile, status and company number (SIRET), city, experience, and the collaboration commitment they ticked, kept with its date and a fingerprint of the IP address as proof. This information is used to review applications and organise assignments. Access credentials created for clients during an installation are never stored: the handover sheet is generated on the fly. Retention: while the application is being reviewed, then for as long as the collaboration lasts. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to contact@ewe.works. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and our collaboration.
- The hosting provider’s technical logs (IP address, date, page requested), kept by Hostinger for the security and proper operation of the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website.
- Your sound settings (music on or off, volume), stored only in your browser. We have no access to them.
- Audience measurement, if enabled: the tool used (Plausible, hosted in the European Union) sets no cookie and collects no data that could identify you. It counts visits and a few clicks (demo request, PDF sheet…) in aggregate.
Retention period
Your exchanges with us are kept for [3 YEARS] after our last contact, then deleted. Answers to the audit questionnaire are kept for 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted automatically.
Recipients
Your messages are read only by the EWE team. They are never sold, rented or transferred. They go through our email provider: [EMAIL PROVIDER AND DATA LOCATION].
Your rights
You can at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability, by writing to contact@ewe.works. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
